E-commerce brands interact with multiple microservices to run their online businesses, each providing independent reporting but with little to no consolidated overview and automation. Working for a startup in the analytics service firm, Co-Founders Abhiram Kolli and Akhila Ganti realised the need for a fully automated analytics platform to address this challenge, capable of providing all the essential reports and insights about all the business facets through a single unified interface.
The tool they developed to address this challenge was Biva – an E-commerce virtual assistant that collects data from sales channels, marketing channels, marketplaces, and many other sources to give a consolidated view of the business. Founded in 2022, the startup aims to achieve an annual revenue of USD two million within the next two years.
